We understand that it can be difficult to make time for appointments, and so we offer drop off services!
You can drop your pet off with us for exams, vaccines, day boarding, sedated nail trims and a variety of other services! The best part? There is no additional charge to drop your pet off with us! Drop-Offs must be scheduled in advance.
We accept drop offs between 8am and 12pm Tuesday through Friday, and between 7am and 10am on Saturdays. When you drop off your pet, you will be asked to fill out a form detailing what services your pet needs, as well as a consent for treatment form. While you are filling out your forms, our kennel technician will set your pet up with towels, food and water in a spacious kennel to wait their turn for services to be rendered. Dogs that have been dropped off are let out several times a day.
Dr. Rossi and our staff will perform whatever services your pet needs either before or in between our scheduled appointments. Once the services are complete, a staff member will contact you to let you know that your pet is ready to be picked up. If necessary, you will have a conference at the time of pick up with Dr. Rossi, or one of our technicians.
